About Us

Hands of Empowerment Uganda (HOEU) is a registered community-based organization (CBO) based in Jinja, Eastern Uganda. Established to improve the lives of underserved and marginalized communities, HOEU champions equity, inclusion, and sustainable development.

HOEU works directly with children, youth, women, and persons with disabilities, providing empowerment opportunities, essential services, and long-term support systems to enable self-reliance and community transformation.
